It’s pretty simple actually, for our standard discount offers, we negotiate with our partnered hotels and resorts to bring them extra business and because our business model is extremely efficient, we are able to pass the savings on to you. No strings attached! For our promotional offers with savings of 70% or more, it’s not rocket science, sometimes properties want to drive extra business with extra savings during slow travel periods; sometimes resort developers want to promote their travel product or vacation club and they are willing to subsidize your vacation in exchange for 60 – 120 minutes of your time.
Yes, but most properties will have standard minimum age requirements and require a credit or debit card on file at check-in for incidentals however these are typical travel industry standards. Additionally, certain special offers may have specific qualification requirements for age, income or otherwise but that shall be clearly stated prior to booking.
There are no surprises with Resort Access, while the vast majority of our featured hotels and resorts have absolutely no presentation requirements, the promotional offers that do require a presentation will be clearly marked and the details of your participation will be fully disclosed prior to booking. At most, you will be asked to attend a 60 -120 minute presentation and there is NEVER ANY OBLIGATION TO PURCHASE; although having said that, all of our partners have excellent programs and if you see something that you like … go for it!
Most reservations only require a $100 deposit at time of booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to travel, however some short notice reservations and special offers do require payment in full at time of booking.
In most cases, yes you can customize number of travelers, length of stay, room types and more, however some special offers may be a bit more restrictive due to the nature of those promotions. Feel free to contact one of our Vacation Planners to discuss your preferred travel arrangements.
