Hawks Cay Resort and Marina is divided into several sections and no matter where you are staying within the resort, guests are entitled to use and enjoy all of the wonderful amenities available on property. The primary sections are the main hotel buildings, Sunset Village, Marina Village and the Harbor Village. The main hotel buildings overlook the lagoon area and house all of the guest rooms. The townhouses and villas are located in each of the three villages, with the floor plans remaining fairly consistent regardless of location. Preferred townhouses have been recently updated and feature substantially upgraded furnishings which are typical of a 4-star type property. While the standard townhouses, commonly referred to as Duck Key Villas  are more like 3-star accommodations yet still set within a 4-star resort. Regardless of your accommodation preference, rest assured that you will have full access to the entire resort so that each guest may feel free to choose the lodging that best suits their own individual needs.
