favorite agency has not previously worked with us, simply refer them

How do I know I am getting the best rate
available on my
vacation? |

Here at Resort Access Vacations, our rates are constantly reviewed to always ensure the best
pricing available at any given time. In fact, the vast majority of our
resorts and hotels maintain a direct link to our booking engine and as
a result, they are able to update prices on a daily basis if necessary
to always provide the greatest discounts obtainable. Furthermore, the
substantial buying power of the Resort Access helps us to negotiate
special rates from suppliers that when combined in our various
vacation packages, the resulting discounts are virtually unbeatable. |

Is there ever more than the $100 deposit required
for confirmation? |
|
Yes, however only for certain condominium type properties or when the reservation is booked within thirty days of
the scheduled arrival date. Typically, the $100 deposit is all that
is required to confirm your reservations regardless of total price.
You do not need to pay in full until 30 days prior to your vacation at
the vast majority of our resorts. However, there are a handful of
villa/condominium resorts that may require different payment
procedures. Further details are provided on the individual resort
pages. |

Is there ever a service fee? |

No,
Resort Access never charges a fee for reservations or services
of any kind. In fact, we are confident that you will find our prices
to provide substantial savings over the vast majority of alternative
online vacation planning resources. |

What if my plans change? |
|
There is never a charge for revisions, however, requests for changes
in room-type and/or travel dates are subject to availability and
surcharges may apply. In regards to cancellation policies, there is
$25.00 per room penalty for cancellation. Additionally, most resorts and hotels will
impose a supplier penalty equal to one night's room and tax for
cancellations received 2-7 days prior to the original check-in date.
Please be advised that a handful of our villa/condominium properties
may impose more severe penalties. The exact policy for each property shall be provided to you prior to
confirming your reservations within this site. |
