• kai restaurant – The resort's signature restaurant; the name means "seed" in the Pima language and is most appropriate for defining the menu created from ingredients grown right on the Gila River Community. The menu is an eclectic combination of history and tradition with contemporary flavor. The Wine Cellar offers private dining and The Bread Bar features authentic artesian breads baked in the display cooking area and signature cocktails.

• ko'sin restaurant – The Pima word for "kitchen," this casual restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner serving familiar American cuisine with a Southwestern flare. You're sure to find all your favorites on the menu and some exclusive regional specialties too. Dine indoors or out and enjoy panoramic views of the stunning Sierra Estrella Mountains.
