This innovative eatery serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in a colorful and lively setting.  The bar area offers a variety of margaritas and specialty drinks, while a private dining room and outdoor seating are also available. A delicious Sunday brunch is also on the menu.

• BLUE SAGE MARKETPLACE – A casual eatery that offers light fare and sandwiches that can be savored on the outdoor patio, near the fireplace, or on the go. IN addition, guests can also purchase artwork, logo wear and resort keepsakes. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.

• RISTORANTE TUSCANY – Simple. Sophisticated. Splendid. Tuscany’s provincial cuisine and urban elegance come together with specialties that include combinations of fresh grilled meats and seafood, delicate soups and sauces and subtle pastas.  A true culinary escape to this region of Italy. The dining room opens to a large outdoor waterslide patio with views of the Resort’s Isle of Capri. The romance of Italy is captured with an open exhibition kitchen, wood-fired oven, indoor and outdoor seating, an outdoor fireplace and an expansive wine list with some of Tuscany’s best vintages. Open for dinner, reservations recommended.

• MERITAGE STEAKHOUSE AT WILDFIRE GOLF CLUB - The perfect marriage of wine and Black Angus steaks.  The menu also features chicken, seafood and a selection of signature side dishes. An impressive selection of wines by the glass, half and full bottles encourage diners to sample from the fine wine cellar.  The restaurant offers sweeping views of the green fairways and outdoor dining near an open fire pit. For the sports enthusiast, televisions are tuned to the latest sporting events. Open for lunch and dinner.

• ROY’S – Renowned Hawaiian fusion cuisine that incorporates fresh local ingredients with “Aloha-style” service. An impressive wine list allows diners to sample a wide selection of varietals with their meal. A separate sushi bar, indoor, outdoor dining and an outdoor fireplace make this restaurant a favorite among resort guests. Open for dinner only.

• SPA BISTRO – Guests can dine on healthy fare at this charming bistro.  Fresh seasonal ingredients and herbs from the herb garden lend to the Asian flare. For the health conscious, calorie counts appear on the breakfast and lunch menus. A juice bar with fresh-squeezed juices, smoothies and protein shakes for the vacation-minded spa-goer. Also serves Black Angus burgers, beer, wine and spirits.

• JUST A SPLASH POOL BAR & GRILL – The poolside eatery serves burgers, sandwiches, open-fire gourmet pizzas, innovative salads, foot-long hot dogs and tropical drinks for those looking to grab a bite to eat. Live entertainment daily. Open 11am until dusk.

• VISTA LOUNGE – This casual lounge is located in the expansive, grand lobby and serves as a great meeting spot for guests who wish to enjoy a cool drink, conversation and listen to local entertainment. Sample one of the delicious martinis or enjoy the Southwest version of High Tea in season, all while taking in views of the resort pools and shimmering waterways surrounded by the majestic McDowell Mountains.
